Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and protective materials must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of wear or use
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Sale or promotional items (if applicable)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your watch arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
